About me
Dr. Matthew C. Breeggemann is a nephrologist who cares for patients with kidney disease. He is medical director of UCSF's Kidney Stone Prevention Clinic, where he treats patients with a variety of kidney stone diseases in collaboration with the department of urology. He also cares for patients with acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, electrolyte disorders and high blood pressure.
Breeggemann earned his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, where he also served an additional year chief resident. He completed a fellowship in nephrology at UCSF.
