Dr. Meng appeared to be in a big hurry, he was in and out of the room before I could ask any question!

During the exam, the camera on the cystoscope was out of focus which made it difficult for me and Dr. Meng to see the interior surface of bladder and the urethra. He stated that he just needed to bring the camera closer to the interior surface of the bladder in order to complete the exam, but I couldn't really see the surface very well and left with the feeling that the exam had been much less thorough than usual. The equipment for this exam needs to pre checked ahead of time so that it is functioning properly. Dr. Meng stated that the urine cytology would fill in any gaps, but I am unhappy and nervous about the thoroughness of the exam.

Excellent discussion with Dr. Maxwelk Meng.Very good behaviour and caring attendant Medical Assistant to arrange video meeting.

Every aspect of the visit went very well with no issues.

I asked about several red spots on the interior wall of my bladder: Are they scars from previous surgeries? Dr. Meng said that he was not concerned about them. I would have preferred a more thorough explanation about what he thought they were and why he wasn't concerned. My mistake for not asking for further clarification.
