    My son is intellectually impaired. Dr Potter remembers things that are important to him and knows how to get him to participate in his own health care and wellness. He speaks to him with respect and helps him understand what's being said to him. We are very lucky to have him.

    Dr potter is the consummate physician. Kind east going and thorough so many friends and family are frustrated with trying to find an even "ok" primary. But Dr Potter is nothing but spectacular and professional

    Dr. Potter is one of the BEST providers that UCSF will ever have!! He is kind, considerate and very easy going. I will NOT handle it if & when he does retire!!!

    I've checked "very good" only because there is not an option to check "excellent" Dr. Potter has been my doctor for about 20 years --- always listens, describes options, allows me to make decisions, and steers me in a good way when I"m considering a bad course of action

    My provider told me I was "all over the map" with my issues and was a bit curt. He mentioned he did not have a lot of time to devote to me. He seemed preoccupied with the time and or distracted.

    Dr. Potter is great! The problem is with the wait to get seen by specialist--in particular, dermatology, where they wouldn't even schedule an appointmen for me! UCSF needs to hire more physicians!
