Dr. Terry might be almost single handedly redeeming UCSF at this point. I have quite a bit of medical PTSD and Dr. Terry took the extra care and time to explain in detail what my options were, what that would look like practically, and to answer ALL of my many questions, which was incredibly reassuring and helpful. The treatment under consideration is much more involved than I was anticipating and prepared for, so it was really important to be able to get such a thorough explanation and discussion.
