About me
Dr. Monica Yang is a rheumatologist who cares for patients with complex autoimmune diseases, including scleroderma (a condition that hardens the skin and can affect other body systems).
Yang's research focuses on better understanding scleroderma and its complications. She conducts patient-centered research with the goal of improving disease management and individualizing care.
Yang earned her medical degree at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She completed a residency in internal medicine at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University, followed by a fellowship in rheumatology at UCSF. She is a Bay Area native.
