About me
Nicola Cadenas is a genetic counselor working with families who have hereditary cancers or who may be at risk for them. She has a special interest in families with a history of breast or ovarian cancer. She also has a special interest in hereditary endocrine cancer syndromes.
In addition to counseling patients at UCSF, Cadenas teaches cancer genetics to genetic counseling students at California State University, Stanislaus.
Cadenas earned her master's degree in genetic counseling from the University of California, Berkeley.
