About me

Dr. Patrixia Keith Dela Cruz is an internal medicine doctor who provides comprehensive primary care to adults, with a focus on preventive medicine through wellness exams and cancer screenings, chronic disease management, and advance care planning (discussing and documenting preferences related to medical treatment). Committed to building lasting relationships with her patients, especially those from diverse and underserved communities, she works closely with individuals to develop care plans that reflect their goals, values and life circumstances.

Dela Cruz earned her medical degree at the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines and completed her residency in internal medicine at UCSF Health St. Mary's Hospital.

Trained in trauma-informed care (an approach that recognizes and is sensitive to personal histories of emotional damage), Dela Cruz has experience in caring for survivors of human trafficking and other kinds of complex trauma. She is dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive environment where patients feel heard and empowered.

Outside of work, Dela Cruz enjoys doing Lagree workouts, running, hiking and practicing yoga. She also finds joy in cooking, hosting gatherings for loved ones and exploring local wineries. These activities help her recharge and stay grounded, so that she can continue to deliver dynamic and compassionate patient care.
