About me
Sarah Palilla is a physician assistant who cares for patients undergoing bariatric surgery (weight loss surgery to address obesity) or metabolic surgery (weight loss surgery to address type 2 diabetes). She provides care before, during and after these procedures. She also assists surgeons in the operating room and serves as a program coordinator for the UCSF Bariatric Surgery Center.
Palilla earned a master's degree in physician assistant studies at Wake Forest School of Medicine.
Palilla is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and California Academy of Physician Assistants.
Outside of work, Palilla enjoys cooking, exploring the outdoors and painting.
