About me
Shoshana Green is a licensed marriage and family therapist who cares for young patients experiencing the early onset of perceptual and cognitive changes that impact their daily lives. She provides individual, group and family psychotherapy for adolescents and young adults, as well as their families. She has a special interest in helping patients cultivate resilience and heal from the traumatic marginalization and internalized societal stigma that can accompany mental health issues.
After earning a bachelor's degree in sociology at San Francisco State University, Green earned her master's degree in counseling psychology, with a concentration in somatic psychology, at the California Institute of Integral Studies.
Green is a dedicated movement and visual artist. She is a long-standing practitioner of body-oriented therapeutic practices such as contemporary dance, yoga and somatic modalities.
