The MD - PhD resident was the first Dermatology Resident who treated me like an individual rather than just another patient to get thru during his afternoon chores. Dr. Yu was less hurried than usual. I'm used to her blowing in and then disappearing after saying the minimum. This time she said she'd reviewed my photos. I wish I had asked to see the photos with her. I told her that my recovery had been slow and the scar was still red but finally less swollen. She offered a laser treatment for the redness, which I accepted.

The only thing I wasn't happy with was that during my surgery, Dr. Yu was working with a colleague who is a student. I felt invisible when they were discussing what they were doing. It was disconserting.

Again, in all categories excellent.
