I am lucky to be her patient!! Dr. Chen is wonderful and listened very attentively to every thing I said and Offered explanations to every thing I asked or was unclear about! I felt so much better during the appointment bcuz she cared about what I was saying and it mattered!

I love Dr. Chen. I am very lucky to have her as my nephrologist! She is a fantastic combination of excellent doctor, big sister, and best friend. She addressed my big question very eloquently and compassionately while also emphasizing that my feelings are normal to feel/think.

This was an initial visit. After tests are completed we will discuss treatment options. Dr was very thorough in getting my background history, in answering my questions, in explaining the data we had, explaining next steps/requesting additional tests, showing care, being patient with my questions and answering them.

I love Dr. Chen! She's a great nephrologist/doctor. She always listens to me and is flexible. She's also a fantastic communicator. She is prompt with her replies and will sometimes call me (because she understands that those mychart messages can get wordy). She makes it easy to communicate how my body is feeling and I'm lucky for that.
