Could have been clearer about next steps

Dr. Anaya always presents all of our options, including tests deemed experimental, recent research papers, and anecdotes of her experience with her own patients. This is helpful when dealing with RPL with unexplained infertility, where there is not a clear direct path. She gives us the information to help guide our decisions and is always respectful and encouraging of the decisions we make.

She was distracted during the convo, didn't show emotions or empathy to the difficulty we/I've had. Overall service and care has just declined over time so significantly.

The doctor seemed confused about why I was there. My visit was scheduled by her nurse team for a 10 day lining check, and both she and the nurse in room obviously hadn't looked at my chart as they had no idea I had started my period or been in for a 2 day check. My last FET cycle canceled due to lining issues, and all she said was "it's too early, come back". I had to ask if she was seeing any of the issues she saw last time, and I got quick responses of "it's too early". I totally understand that, but I would have loved if she provided more detail or more attention to how I was probably feeling knowing I already had a cancelled cycle.

Dr Anaya is excellent. Incredibly intelligent with a very comfortable bed side manner. I feel like I am in the very best hands with her.

Dr Anaya is the only doctor I've had in 40 years that listens to my concerns, remembers the details from our previous conversation AND the actual procedure follows what was described
