Dr. Cheng and his staff are the best care providers I have encountered over my 60 years of being alive. Dr. Cheng is patient, extremely thorough and very realistic. Explains the problem, alternatives and risks in a simple yet detailed manner. My entire recovery has tracked with what I was told to expect. When it comes to any type of surgery and especially a procedure in the head, knowing what to expect makes recovery much easier/less stressful.

Dr. Yew Song Cheng treated the patient with sincerity and explained the steps in a way that the patient could understand, and even after lunchtime, he did his best to take care of him without rushing, which greatly helped him recover.
