Pharmacy Parnassus serves both UCSF patients and the general public, including children of all ages. We're located in the Millberry Union Building on UCSF Health's Parnassus campus. There is a large parking garage in the building.

Refills
Requesting refills seven days early is the best way to avoid running out of your medication. MyChart is the easiest way to request a refill and schedule for pick-up or delivery. You can also call the pharmacy.
The extra week gives the pharmacy time to deal with common issues, such as:
- Getting a refill approval from your doctor, if needed
- Resolving issues with your insurance, such as getting prior authorization
- Ordering your medication if it's not in stock
Vaccinations
Vaccinations are available Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. To schedule, use MyChart or call the pharmacy. Walk-ins are welcome, but there may be a wait at busy times.
UCSF outpatient pharmacies do not currently offer vaccinations to Medi-Cal patients younger than 18 years old.
Insurance
The pharmacy accepts most insurance plans, including Medicare, Medi-Cal and commercial plans.
