Nghe Yang, MD

Family practice physician

Dr. Nghe Yang is a family medicine physician with UCSF Primary Care at China Basin. He provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages, specializing in preventive medicine, family planning services, chronic disease management, and minor outpatient procedures. He believes in a collaborative relationship with patients, emphasizing patient engagement and advocacy. He is particularly interested in men's health and integrating technology in patient care.

Yang received his medical degree from Stanford University, and completed his residency training in family medicine at the UCSF/San Francisco General Hospital Family Practice Program. He spent the last decade working in community health, primarily caring for underserved Asian American immigrants, before joining UCSF. He is an assistant clinical professor in family and community medicine at UCSF School of Medicine.

Dr. Yang is currently accepting new adult and pediatric patients.
