Aaron Braverman is a social worker who collaborates with patients to develop meaningful solutions to problems affecting their quality of life. This can include addressing stressful life events or coping with chronic illness, relationship problems, sleep, anxiety, depression or being overwhelmed by difficult situations. He brings a warm, humorous and affirming approach to sessions from which he hopes patients can learn and apply insights to their daily lives.

Braverman has trained in several therapy techniques, including CBT, ACT and mindfulness-based approaches. He is certified in EMDR and has completed certificate programs in hypnosis and pain reprocessing therapy. He is also a certified wellness coach through the Mayo Clinic.

Braverman earned his master of science in social work at Columbia University.
