Some younger physicians treat older people as if they were all senile. She didn't. Excellent service, excellent communication and listened well.

The only part that I would say wasn't great, was the 'what to do next if a, b, c' - phonecall is not ideal for follow on instructions when you're sick

Dr. Boyd was fantastic! She listened to me and took such great care of me. She is an excellent physician and a fantastic medical director at Bayfront urgent care. The nurses were amazing as well as the staff. Such a caring and efficient team.

Unbelievably lovely physician. She was very clear, humble about her knowledge of weird pests (bug bites) but knew them to be bug bites, and she was a true scientist who didn't give categorical answers if there was more in question or if the answer was complex, but she did give helpful clarifications about the differential diagnoses and thought out loud with me. I thought she was terrific
