The care provider said they would contact me if anything was wrong with my lab work. I assumed I would get a message if the lab work was fine too, but I was never contacted at any point about the results of my tests.

Some younger physicians treat older people as if they were all senile. She didn't. Excellent service, excellent communication and listened well.

The only part that I would say wasn't great, was the 'what to do next if a, b, c' - phonecall is not ideal for follow on instructions when you're sick

Dr. Boyd was fantastic! She listened to me and took such great care of me. She is an excellent physician and a fantastic medical director at Bayfront urgent care. The nurses were amazing as well as the staff. Such a caring and efficient team.

The doctor was very attentive and answered all of my questions. I felt better about my situation when I left.
