Caroline Castillo, MD

I ALWAYS recommend Dr. Castillo. She is by far the best PCP I've ever had. She is very smart, thorough, warm , genuinely caring, patient and I feel completely taken care of by her- mind, and spirit.

Dr. Castillo is best of the best. It is evident she cares about her patients's overall well-being. She has one of the best, if not best bedside/chair side manner I've experienced.

My Doctor has always been one of the best I've had

Dr Castillo is the best. Smart, thoughtful, knowledgeable and personable.

Exceptional care. I particularly appreciate the more holistic approach - not forcing me to focus on a single issue in the appointment and schedule another visit to talk about another - as a lot of it is probably interrelated. (I've had other experiences where presumably for billing optimization they will only discuss a single issue per visit)

Dr Castillo is always attentive to my needs and concerns

Dr.Castillo was lovely as usual. I felt well informed about the procedure I was getting. Her calm demeanor made the process so easy. I was anxious coming in but felt at ease once we started chatting. She turned off the lights so it wasn't so bright in the room, offered to put on some music( I put some meditation music on) and she was done in less than ten minutes. She was also explaining everything before she moved on to the next step so I knew exactly what was going on and how things may feel. I can't say enough good things about Dr.Castillo and my experience. 10000/10

I'd give her 10s if I could. She was also patient with my hearing loss and took time to repeat or rephrase when I couldn't catch her words - and without compromising the quality of my care or treating me like a mentally compromised person. This is much too rare in the medical world.

Dr. Castillo is the best, as a professional and as a human being.

Dr. Castillo is exceptional - and my friend/colleague also saw her earlier in the same day b/c of my referral for her outstanding care. She's "got it" being the unteachable clinical skills + is willing to be thoughtful and collaborative re: complex presenting issues. Rather than feeling dismissed or "crazy", she validates my experience acknowledging how women have historically be dismissed in our suffering.
