Catherine Wang is a social worker who offers counseling and other levels of support to patients with Huntington’s disease, movement disorders or memory concerns. She helps her patients and their families cope with changes and challenges they may encounter throughout medical treatment. To help patients maintain their quality of life, she refers them to community resources and other services. She advocates for her patients to ensure their health care and basic needs are met.

After earning a bachelor's degree in psychology at California State University, Long Beach, Wang earned a master’s degree in social work at Columbia University. She is a certified grief recovery specialist and registered yoga teacher.
