Chiara Leifer is a social worker who provides emotional support and crisis intervention services to patients receiving treatment for breast cancer or other breast health issues. She also connects patients and their families to relevant community resources, and helps them overcome barriers to care. She has a special interest in mood and anxiety disorders.

Leifer earned a master's degree in social work at the Columbia School of Social Work.

I feel honored that patients let me into their lives and am glad to be a source of support.
