It would have been helpful for me to have a list of questions I will be asked so I can look at my records. I spent days preparing but wasn't sure of the direction... I felt very disorganized. My memory is not very good. Especially since I have multiple care providers other than UCSF and the info doesn't always connect. I do look forward to continuing to work with her! She is very patient and explains things well. She also allowed me to ask questions!

Fellow was very attentive. GI doctor moved through the call quickly.

Care provider was attentive to my concerns and questions. However, sometimes the video and sound was frozen either at my end or the provider end. The provider was willing to repeat once the connection was restored.
