I was told I would receive information on My Charts. I have yet to receive anything. I messaged the doctor as well. No response. In person, I'm told one thing. I'm still waiting for the follow up info, blood work request, referral request. I waited weeks to see a doctor. The follow up has been very disappointing :(

Care provider's explanations were clear, concise respectful. They expressed empathy in response to my concerns and worries. Next steps and action plans were kindly communicated. I would definitely recommend them as exceptional professionals.
