Dr. Gordan presented a clear overview of the medical problem that I faced Cholangiocarcinoma--a rare bile duct cancer. His presentation was well-organized. He explained his 3-pronged approach to our discussion as "Diagnosis Maintenance and Prognosis." He listened thoughtfully responding to questions posed by myself my wife and our two adult children with honesty and an open mind. As a Kaiser patient I had reached out to UCSF for a second opinion. My discussion with Dr. Gordan which included my family encouraged me through a better understanding of this rare disease and its current treatment and his view that Kaiser was on tract.
