    The video visit was exceptional. Dr. Hirose was very cordial and sympathetic to our concerns. His explanations were thorough, and his assessment was honest and straightforward. Very impressive. We were comfortable with Dr. Hirose to the point we felt like we could just discuss all aspects of the proposed surgery. To that point, we are moving forward with my surgery and are trusting my health in the very capable hands of Dr. Hirose and his medical team.
