Dr. Ko is very compassionate and a good listener.

I spoke with Dr. McMillan in a video visit. She listened to everything and didn't rush me. She then put me on hold while she spoke with Dr. Ko. My visit with Dr. Ko was probably less than ten minutes, I didn't time it so I'm not sure. I don't have a problem with this arrangement.

Dr. Ko is best in class and one of the best doctors I've worked with at UCSF. She proved compassionate, professional and expert care. I feel confident in her decision making. I also appreciate that she keeps other doctors, especially Dr. Mark Moasser (breast oncology), informed, given my case is complex across different specialties. I would highly recommend Dr. Ko without hesitation,
