Doctor listened to all my questions and treated me very well.

Dr. Govil is the best doctor I've ever seen. Within 15min she accomplished more for me than what other doctors took years and still didn't even do. She seemed genuinely concerned for the symptoms I am having. Approached them (quick tests) in ways others never had. She was thorough in analysis and possible solutions. Truly amazing.

We were very satisfied with the care providers knowledge and skills.

In general I find the dr and nurses are under staffed I likeMy Dr very much I value her service she is very very polite professional and knowledgeable but she did not have the time to address all my concerns and we had to schedule a second appointment. Considering the amount we pay into insurance I found disheartening- I think the facility needs more Dr's and nurses I believe there roleHas changed considerably (inputting data etc ) it felt a little bit like a conveyer belt service -And I really like my Dr and her staff but I think the problem that exist are beyond their control

Dr Govil is a wonderful doctor thorough clear attentive and helpful. Add to that appropriately empathetic.

Offered useful suggestions to reduce pain in my hand. Taped two fingers last night and it helped. I did not have a trigger finger upon waking.

For my chronic shoulder pain each request writing to the doctor on "my chart" such as one for pain affected my sleep or need a specialist referral one for physical therapy etc. all need a separate visit ...

Dr. Govil was wonderful! She is not my primary care but I was able to get an appt with her for some rash. She examined my problem carefully provided clear and helpful explanations and recommended treatments. She was professional knowledgeable and showed genuine care to my well being. I highly recommend her.

My son was initially terrified of coming into the office. After the visit he had more confidence in himself and his ability to deal with adverse situations.

Dr. Govil is outstanding! Amazing bedside manner explained everything about the procedure and during it as well. I expressed my apprehension about the procedure as I knew it would be painful and she was so compassionate empathetic caring. Everything you would want in a provider. She is excellent.

I don't understand why my annual physical has to last only 15 minutes. I had genetically predisposed cancer at 50 yo one might think after all these treatments I am entitled to maybe 25 minutes of doctors time?

I was late but the doctor spent time with me discussing and did not make me feel rushed at all. I was also treated like someone the doctor cared for out of the strong professionalism exuded and in an intentionally friendly way. I felt appreciated.

Lakeshore UCSF is not a private practice therefore physicians don't follow up on their patients therefore patients need to evaluate their own health also I feel your questions lead to answers in your favor
