Dr. Tracy Peng is an integrative psychiatrist, a specialist in combining conventional and complementary therapies as appropriate. Her special interests include mindfulness approaches to psychotherapy and the use of both standard and herbal medications to treat anxiety and depression. She also specializes in providing spiritually focused psychotherapy to women with cancer.

In addition to treating patients, Peng teaches in the UCSF Department of Psychiatry.

Peng received her medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. She completed a psychiatry residency at California Pacific Medical Center. She is also a graduate of the Zen Hospice Project’s program for providers of end-of-life care.
