About me
Dr. Erick Hung is a psychiatrist with expertise in LGBTQ mental health, HIV psychiatry and forensic psychiatry, which involves mental health and legal matters. He has a special interest in integrating mental health with other disciplines in medical care.
In his research, Hung studies issues related to medical education, HIV psychiatry and LGBTQ mental health.
Hung earned his medical degree from UCSF, where he also completed a residency in psychiatry, serving as chief resident, and a fellowship in forensic psychiatry.
