About me

Dr. Hailey H. Choi is a radiologist with expertise in interpreting imaging studies, including those produced through CT, MRI and ultrasound, particularly with regard to diseases of the abdomen and pelvis. She specializes in using ultrasound and other imaging techniques to diagnose and treat liver diseases. She also cares for patients in the radiology department at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center.

Choi's research focuses on ultrasound and liver imaging. She serves on a national committee on ultrasound screening for liver cancer. She also trains medical students in imaging techniques.

Choi earned her medical degree at Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences. She completed a radiology residency at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, followed by a fellowship in body imaging at Stanford University School of Medicine.
