The provider listened to my concerns and performed an examination of the body part of issue. They did a decent job explaining their thought process in providing the prescription and in what to do if the problem persisted after treatment with antibiotic.

Care and attention during my visit was good to excellent but I received no directions or information as to what I should do regarding follow-up - I don't know who is reviewing my test results and I am a bit concerned as my blood work was labeled"abnormal." So good care but no follow- up to results analysis or any other next steps

They explained what is going on (i,e, what test are done). However, there were no explanation as to what I am supposed to be doing besides Tylenol is better than Ibprofine. No one went thru the result of tests that I have taken. They are such an expensive tests for them not to share the result with patient. I don't know what this tests mean or what I am suppose to learn from them. Confusing!
