Provider was good but she said that she would have preferred to see me in person and that she was sitting in her office and I could have easily come in. We both wanted an in person appointment yet the scheduling team didn't allow it.

The entire experience besides reception was transactional. For what the atmosphere is I would expect it to be warm was very cold confusing not clear. Ill continue ti go and hope it changes
