Always calms my nerves and concerns. Provides a lot of info in the notes for updates and follow up. Has good suggestions. Seems a little rushed but thats everyone I've encountered. Has more confidence in the system, but provides reassuring helpful info to increase my confidence with the overall experience. Always super professional and knowledgeable.

Poor follow up of results. Can take more initiative and be more proactive on addressing and following up on patient concerns.

Provider seemed rushed and didn't want to take time to understand the complexity of the situation.

Provider was good but she said that she would have preferred to see me in person and that she was sitting in her office and I could have easily come in. We both wanted an in person appointment yet the scheduling team didn't allow it.

The entire experience besides reception was transactional. For what the atmosphere is I would expect it to be warm was very cold confusing not clear. Ill continue ti go and hope it changes
