About me
Kate Mohan is a psychologist who cares for children, adolescents and young adults with chronic pain. She treats chronic pain using the latest research in such treatments as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, biofeedback and meditation. Additionally, she has expertise in treating LGBTQ+ youth and young patients with complex medical needs, including those with psychological disorders such as post-traumatic stress, anxiety, and mood and neurodevelopmental disorders.
Mohan earned her doctor of psychology degree at the PAU-Stanford PsyD Consortium, a joint program between Palo Alto University and Stanford University. She completed a fellowship in pediatric pain psychology at Stanford University School of Medicine and an internship in health service psychology at Boston Children's Hospital.
