About me
Katie Cherbini is a nurse practitioner who cares for patients with cancer or blood disorders, as well as patients at high risk for breast cancer. She provides care throughout the process of diagnosis, treatment and survivorship.
Cherbini earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing at the University of Arizona. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a labor and delivery nurse for seven years. She has also cared for hospitalized children with sickle cell anemia and cancer at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals.
Outside of work, Cherbini enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She loves to sail, hike and travel.
