Dr. Chiu is extraordinary. As a Black disabled woman my pain and symptoms are rarely believed. Dr. Chiu took the time to review my chart and included my additional rare conditions in our plan of care. The mutual respect allowed us to come up with pain and symptom management that centered my humanity.
