About me

Dr. Lauren Eggert is a pulmonologist and specialist in critical care medicine who cares for patients with severe asthma and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Her goals are to deliver innovative, compassionate care and help each patient achieve the best possible outcome and quality of life. 

Eggert earned her medical degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She completed a residency in internal medicine at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, followed by a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care at Stanford University School of Medicine. 

In addition to caring for patients, Eggert also teaches medical trainees and is involved various professional societies, including the California Thoracic Society, American Thoracic Society and American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology.
