About me
Dr. Maryam Nassiri is an optometrist who provides comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages. She has expertise in a range of ocular conditions, including dry eye, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration. She also has extensive experience in collaborating with ophthalmologists and specialists in other departments on complex cases.
Nassiri earned her doctor of optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry. She completed a residency in ocular disease at the Herbert Wertheim School of Optometry & Vision Science at the University of California, Berkeley. She now enjoys working with optometry students as they develop their skills in the clinic.
When she's not working, Nassiri loves spending time with friends and family. She grew up in Toronto, and as an avid hiker, skier and nature enthusiast, she enjoys all that the Bay Area has to offer.
