About me
Motoko Ishii is a nurse practitioner who specializes in caring for patients with cancer or other illnesses while they receive infusions, transfusions and other types of supportive care. Her career goal has always been to work with cancer patients. She is devoted to improving the quality of life for patients from all backgrounds.
After earning a bachelor's degree in nursing from Miyagi University in Sendai, Japan, Ishii completed a master's degree in nursing and a post-master's certificate program in adult-gerontology primary care at UCSF.
In her free time, Ishii enjoys running with her husband and their dog. She also loves to play tennis and ultimate Frisbee.
