Dr. Pascale Khairallah is a nephrologist who cares for patients before, during and after kidney transplantation. She evaluates individuals for transplant candidacy, manages the immunosuppressive therapy needed for the treatment, and provides long-term care to support the health of the transplanted kidney.

In her research, Khairallah focuses on improving outcomes for kidney transplant recipients by developing better approaches to detect and treat organ rejection, prevent recurrence of disease in the new kidney, and manage cardiovascular and metabolic complications after transplantation.

Khairallah earned her medical degree from the American University of Beirut in Lebanon. She completed a residency in internal medicine at Duke University Medical Center, followed by fellowships in nephrology and kidney transplantation at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. She also has a master's degree from the Clinical Scientist Training Program at Baylor College of Medicine.
