About me

Dr. Rabih Hage is a neuro-ophthalmologist who cares for patients with neurological disorders causing vision loss or double vision. He treats both adults and children, with a focus on neurological conditions that affect the retina, optic nerves, visual pathways, and brain regions responsible for controlling eye movements. He also provides comprehensive care for patients with cataracts that are impairing their vision.

Hage's research interests include hereditary optic nerve disorders; inflammatory disorders causing vision loss; and elevated intracranial pressure, which can cause changes in vision.

Hage earned his medical degree at the University of Bordeaux's College of Health Sciences in France and completed a residency in ophthalmology at Antilles Medical School. He completed a fellowship in neuro-ophthalmology at Emory University and a fellowship in comprehensive ophthalmology and retinal conditions at University Hospital of Martinique.
