About me

Dr. Rima Rindler is a neurosurgeon who cares for patients with a variety of conditions, including tumors that involve the base of the skull, head trauma, facial pain and facial spasms, and injuries and diseases of the spine. Embracing open discussions and personalized decision-making, she takes a detail-oriented, compassionate and collaborative approach to caring for patients and their families. She is on call for surgical emergencies in several medical centers beyond the Bay Area, including Renown Medical Center, Saint Mary's Medical Center and Northern Nevada Sierra Medical Center.

Rindler earned her medical degree at Boston University. She completed a residency in neurosurgery at Emory University and a fellowship in neurosurgical skull base oncology at the Mayo Clinic.

When she's not working, Rindler enjoys exploring the outdoors, running, practicing yoga, and spending time with her family.
