About me
Dr. Saul Tapia Ruiz is a family medicine doctor who cares for patients of all ages. He has a special interest in preventive medicine, including prevention of HIV and other sexually transmitted infections. For patients with complex needs, he enjoys collaborating with other specialists to ensure comprehensive treatment plans. His approach to daily practice centers on the belief that there is no substitute for taking the time to listen carefully and perform thorough exams.
Tapia Ruiz earned his medical degree from the University of Guanajuato in Mexico. He completed an international medical graduate program at the University of California, Los Angeles and a residency in family medicine at Natividad Medical Center.
Outside of work, Tapia Ruiz enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, exploring museums, staying active through hiking and tennis, and appreciating nature.
