    About our process
    Mar 17, 2025
I was quite nervous about the procedure but Dr. Liu guided me with so much compassion gently through the entire procedure. She constantly checked in with me and made sure I was comfortable and knew what she was doing. It started with our first zoom session in preparation. She explained everything in detail. She and her assistant make a great team.

My first time seeing Dr. Liu and I felt very well cared for and treated. She made me feel comfortable and heard. Switching to a new provider can feel daunting but I was very happy with my new provider and feel confident that I'll be in good care at UCSF. Thank you!!

The visit still felt a bit rushed (probably inevitable), but it did feel like the provider was listening
