About me
Stephen Baxter started his physical therapy career in a large general hospital in north London, where he worked in a variety of clinical settings serving a diverse population and gained valuable experience through facing many interesting challenges. From there, he moved to a private health group in central London, where he furthered his interest in spinal physical therapy and acquired years of experience working with athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
In 2012, Baxter moved "across the pond" to the sunnier weather of San Francisco, where he became clinical director at a successful private practice. He joined UCSF to pursue his passion for teaching while maintaining the ability to practice clinically.
