Came for opinion about a scan. MD showed me the questionable structure and explained criteria for its evaluation. He informed me about possible next steps and possible outcomes. I felt that I was well Informed and on board with his thinking.

DR HETTS' DESCRIPTION OF FINDINGS FROM MY CTSCAN BRAIN WAS DETAILED. SOME OF THE EXPLANATION WAS NOT IN LAYMEN'S TERMS, WHICH MEANT I DID NOT UNDERSTAND. AT THAT POINT HE EXPLAINED CLEARLY SO I COULD UNDERSTAND AS A NON-MEDICAL PERSON. HE WAS PERSONABLE AND PATIENT WITH QUESTIONS FROM ME AND MY HUSBAND.
