Dr. Victoria Chang is a neurologist who cares for patients with a variety of movement disorders including Parkinson’s disease, essential tremor, dystonia, ataxia and functional neurologic disorder. She has special expertise in using deep brain stimulation devices to treat movement issues associated with Parkinson's disease and botulinum toxin therapy for dystonia and spasticity.
Chang is involved in studies of promising gene and cell-based treatments for Parkinson's disease.
Chang earned her medical degree from the University of California San Diego School of Medicine. She completed a residency in neurology at the University of Washington School of Medicine and a fellowship in movement disorders at UCSF.
Outside of work, Chang enjoys hiking, backpacking, weightlifting and improving her Mandarin and Hindi.
