I do feel there is a disconnect when meeting on Zoom versus in person. It is convenient to meet on Zoom, but this visit did not feel comprehensive.

Dr. Ahmad was very courteous, patient, professional. A great test had been ordered by him and that helped a great deal. Be explained to me many things and answered all my questions. We made a plan.
