My primary cause for concern is the clinic's decision to stop processing authorizations for my treatment (masseter injections for bruxism/TMJ). I have not received clear instructions or advice on how to proceed to continue to receive care.

My care provider did not spend adequate time with me. I have a lot of questions about my care and upcoming surgery but my appointments feel very rushed and I did not have an oppurtunity to discuss my options thoroughly.

Dr. Park is professional knowledgeable kind and empathetic. She is a master at her craft and an amazing surgeon. I would recommend her with full confidence. I feel grateful for the care I have received from Dr. Park and my entire care team at UCSF.

She was late for my surgery and also late for my second post op appointment so she was in hurry when it was time for her to see me after waiting 35 mins because she was extremely busy.

Dr. Park is absolutely superb by each of the survey measures. I couldn't ask for a more skilled informed and empathic physician.
