Seems really good. But the follow up for testing has not been good. 2 month wait for radiology and can't get an appointment with the doctors office for testing.

I would not recommend any medical clinic because all my friends/family have their own health plans.

The doctor was great. I don't know what will be happening further until I meet with the surgeon to see if surgery will work for my condition. It's a big disappointment to have to wait 4 MONTHS for the CONSULT appointment. That's a crazy wait when you need surgery.

When I spoke about my concern with the new medication the doctor seemed unconcerned. When I asked about going back on my prior medication the doctor flatly refused. It was a very poor experience

The bulk of the session was spent with the resident which was fine and as expected the MD part of the appointment honed in on a few key points. This is always a bit mysterious as some points brought up with the resident then go unanswered as I already mentioned them once but they got filtered out the first round so to speak. This was fine by me given it was my first appointment. The resident was great and the doctor was great. The MD sorted through what she saw as most essential to address and focused on those points and I have learned it is up to me to be persistent if it still bothers me though I wonder if every patient knows they have to be persistent. I experienced this focus on two or three main issues as part of the doctor's ability to manage an appointment (I have a lot of questions). I will f/u by mychart messaging to clarify a few points but was very satisfied with the appointment and felt the doctor honed in on some points (that I did not expect) that have since proved to be very helpful to me ie a daily treatment she recommended that I was not asking for. Both providers were knowledgeable kind and professional and did not minimize my concerns all around a very good first appointment.
