Our primary care services
Our primary care clinics offer a full range of services. Our doctors, nurses and other health care providers work to keep you and your family healthy with:
Annual exams (checkups). A yearly exam helps us prevent illness and address any health issues early when they are easier to treat. At the appointment, we review your health history, do lab tests (such as bloodwork) and discuss any concerns you have.
Preventive screenings. We perform routine screenings if you have risk factors for certain conditions. We also do developmental screenings to check that your child is reaching appropriate milestones.
Immunizations. Our clinics offer immunizations for influenza (the flu) and other preventable diseases. We also help your child stay healthy with regular vaccinations.
Acute illness or injury care. We see you as soon as possible when you're not feeling your best. Our providers get you the treatment you need to recover quickly.
Prenatal care. Our family medicine doctors offer prenatal care to patients with low-risk pregnancies.
Chronic disease management. Our providers offer support and education for people with chronic conditions such as diabetes or high blood pressure. We help you manage medications, diet and lifestyle choices.
Health education. We answer your health questions, offer research-backed information and guide you as you make health care decisions for you and your family.
