Cathi Dennehy, PharmD


Cathi Dennehy is a clinical pharmacist at the UCSF Anticoagulation Clinic. She also serves as director of post-graduate year one pharmacy resident students. Denney has a special interest in herbal, botanical and dietary supplements, complementary and alternative medicine, women's health, menopause and anticoagulation.

Dennehy earned a doctor of pharmacy at UCSF. Subsequently, she completed a residency in pharmacy practice and pharmacy administration at UCSF. She is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the California Society of Health System Pharmacists, American Society of Health System Pharmacists, American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy and American Colleges of Clinical Pharmacy. Dennehy received the UCSF Dean's Apple Award for teaching excellence five years in a row, from 2008 to 2013. She is a clinical professor of clinical pharmacy at UCSF.
